Curio Brewing Company

I stopped in here for the first time this past Saturday (8/19/23), as it was one of the last breweries in Nashville I hadn’t been to yet, but I had heard good things about them. I’m so glad I did. My girlfriend enjoyed it so much she had a whole 2 pints to my 3 flights.

They are located in the old Mantra Artisan Ales location at 216 Noah Dr, Franklin, TN 37064 and have a cool inside taproom as well as an outside patio. The vibe was cool and relaxed and we saw couples with children and some people on their laptops working away. Not only do they brew and serve beer, they also do the same with high end coffee. I didn’t try any of the coffee this time around but it smelled great and their website shows their full coffee menu.

As far as the beers go that I had, Tonal Puma was my favorite – it has Coriander and salt in it in an English Golden Ale. It was extremely flavorful and I’d recommend it to anyone. You can tell from the pictures below that they offer many beer styles including a Stout, NEIPA, Blonde Ale and Scottish Ale. The Scottish Ale is my new favorite beer name with “Kilt the Cat”. If you’ve ever met me, you’d understand. 🙂

Stop in here and try some of their beers and / or coffees.

Update 1/6/25 – I just recently visit Curio again just a few days ago and it was another great experience. I got to meet Von who is the owner and we talked for at least at hour about his brewery, the TN Craft Brewers Guild, his farm and his farm to tap initiative.

We hope to have Von on the Podcast sometime in the near future.

Here is a link to their website for more information. Curio Brewing Company | Franklin, TN

Cheers!
